At Mono Go! Marketplace, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
